Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse, with the return address provided by our team after your request is reviewed.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. For a return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:

1.    The order still contains all parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.

2.    Only normal handling of the product is evident. Damage resulting from careless handling is excluded.

3.    Products for which hygiene is important have been properly cleaned before the return process is initiated.

4.    Any product defect was identified immediately after receipt.

5.    We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

6.    The return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, it will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

 

How to return your order

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to start the return process:

1. Email

Send an email to support@veloriabelle.ca with the subject line “Return Request”.

2. Information

Make sure the email includes:

       Order number

       Reason for the return request

       Photo of the product (in case of damage)

       Customer first name and surname

       Customer address

3. Wait for our reply

We will get back to you and provide the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the sender on the package — wait for the return address we will send you.

4. Shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our central warehouse.

 

NEVER send the return to the sender on the package — always wait for the return address we provide.

 

A. Cancellation conditions — right of withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following provisions, where the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.

Cancellation period

14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer received the last of the products.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately after they are placed. For this reason, it is not possible to stop the shipping process before delivery. A refund is not possible after receipt of the products unless they are returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Veloria Belle) by a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed when we receive the products. The costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer.

Orders in transit

Because our products are shipped from overseas, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. You may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation as soon as the product has been sent back.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

  • Additional delivery costs (where a more expensive method was chosen)
  • Damage caused by improper handling

 

The refund is processed after receipt and inspection of the products.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@veloriabelle.ca. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect, as well as a photo of the original packaging where possible. We will review the case and let you know the next steps.

Defects must be identified immediately after receipt. Damage caused by use after delivery, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this policy.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

       Intimate or sanitary products

       Cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products once unsealed

       Pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings)

       Personalised or custom-made items

       Gift cards and digital products

       Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

 

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
