Click “Proceed to checkout.” On the information page, enter your address details correctly. Once everything is filled in, click “Continue to shipping.”

3. Review

On the Shipping page, double-check the address details you entered. This is where it is confirmed that all shipping is completely free. Click “Proceed to payment.”

4. Payment

Select your preferred payment method. All payments are encrypted via SSL — you can always count on a secure payment environment.

5. Confirm

If your tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local courier, then contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
