How to place an order

Ordering at Veloria Belle is as simple as possible. Just follow the steps below:

 

1. Product

Go to the product page and add the desired item to your cart by clicking the black “Add to cart” button. Make sure you have selected the correct variants (size, colour, etc.).

2. Checkout

Click “Proceed to checkout.” On the information page, enter your address details correctly. Once everything is filled in, click “Continue to shipping.”

3. Review

On the Shipping page, double-check the address details you entered. This is where it is confirmed that all shipping is completely free. Click “Proceed to payment.”

4. Payment

Select your preferred payment method. All payments are encrypted via SSL — you can always count on a secure payment environment.

5. Confirm

Click “Complete Order” and you will be redirected to your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions to finish. If you run into any issues, please contact us.

Order tracking

Incorrect address & delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

If your tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local courier, then contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
